I lived and worked in Fife as a butcher and a Meat Salesman with A.K Stoddardt in Edinburgh and Wilson Meats Glasgow in the 60's and 70's so I am well versed with Scottish meat. Unfortunately I have not been unable to buy meat of this quality since coming back to England.”
