“Nice piece of beef, however was split right down middle when arrived so whilst carving the meat, it was made very difficult to portion well and to provide decent size cuts to guests. Also cooking instructions were way off in regards to timings said 120 for 4-5hrs. I had it on 115 and after just over 3hrs I removed as felt a little tough, it was over done.. glad I didn't follow without checking.”
