“I was very disappointed with this bookmark. I felt for £20 the quality should have been better. The metal was all pitted and it looked really cheap.”

Hi Sue, we are really sorry you weren't happy with your bookmark. We make the bookmarks by hand by pouring molten metal into individual moulds and then hand finish each one. This gives a unique, rustic appearance. We use the highest quality British standard lead-free pewter which is an alloy of tin and copper.
