“I was so happy to buy this neklace as it looks so nice on the picture. And indeed it was when I received it. However, I was surprised to see that the package for a jewel was very delicate for such a long trip (from the UK to the south of France), moreover the pearl was gorgeous but the chain was very thin. The following day the necklace broke by itself. The customer service dealt with it very professionaly and very kindly but I think that the chain must see stronger and thicker because the pearl is quite heavy for this kind of material.”
