“This is the best insole you can buy. It is ultra supportive as its name suggests. It is thick and dense. I tried many insoles for arch support and this is by far the best and the only one working for me. Most uniquely it has a supporting bump in the upper middle that really eases metatarsal pain around the ball of my foot, especially after long walk or run. It is not cheap but you get what you pay for and you can use it in multiple shoes.”
