“I purchased size 9/9.5 and they fit perfectly in size 9 KSwiss Ultrashot tennis shoes.
I found the arch support to be very aggressive and found I am getting used to this after a few sessions in.
Experienced some tightness in my right knee and right glute from the adjustment in foot position.
I think the insoles that come with the tennis shoe are pretty insignificant and going to the Ultra Arch is ultimately the right adjustment in order to be in a posturally correct position with proper foot support.”
