“I have metatarsalgia, for the first time in my right foot. The met pad put pressure on the swollen area so I switched to an insole that just cushions the foot until it heals. However, the few times I wore these insoles they felt wonderful with my unaffected foot, so I'm looking forward to using them all the time.
