“This item is well constructed. I was surprised at how floppy, springy it was. Probably a good choice for a shoe that isn't naturally springy. The arch was too low for me when I did a test fit in my house so I had to return them.”
“For many years I used the New Balance Motion Control insoles. A few years ago, they redesigned them / changed suppliers. I found that the 10 Seconds Motion Control are the same design as the old NB. These are really good insoles for Morton’s neuroma or Plantar fasciitis.”
