“I have used these insoles for years after experiencing plantar fasciitis. They make such a difference and allow me to continue enjoying walking every day, from work to hiking during my time off. My only complaint is the squeaking sound they make rubbing in all my shoes. Have tried putting the dryer sheet between them and the shoe but it only stays in place for a day or two.”
