“I am pleased with the insoles but I requested one smaller size than the 13-15 that were sent. I thought I would be able to trim the insoles to fit and should have sent them back but that mistake is on me. I believe insoles,com could improve on their sizing information. Width is as much an issue as length since the insoles are so well made that it is next to impossible to trim /modify the width. They are an excellent insole and I have only myself to blame.”
