“These are REALLY well built with great materials, but it was just not for me. It was too firm and made the pain in my feet worse. I probably just need a different type of product altogether. “At first I didn't like these insoles because my met pain is just above my arch & the top of the met pad touched that area. I then put the PEDAG in the shoe & put an insole with good foam padding on top & it's perfect. I now have extra arch support & cushion for my forefoot.”
