I would have preferred this to have been a 5-day course (rather than being condensed to 4-days). It felt very rushed in order to take the foundation paper on Day 2. The trainer was ok. His style was very one-dimensional. There wasn't much breakout, or using the flip chart or whiteboard, just reading through the slides which isn't particularly engaging. I put this down trying to 'get through' the material in a lesser timeframe. The print outs were, in places, difficult to read and some of the references were incorrect. A sensor check is probably needed.

Whilst I passed my foundation paper and hope I have passed my practitioner paper I found the training course to be very linear. The trainer spent most of the time reading either the slide show or book. There were no exercises, no group work, no use of alternative methods and therefore no taking into account of different learning styles. He was not able to explain the principles when participants were struggling. The course slides were at times poor too with black text on grey which made it impossible to read in the handouts and on screen.

Great Trainer, great subject and Very good training material. Room for improvement regarding the venue chosen (we were very tight in the training room). Might be worth assessing the need for changing the course duration from 4 days to 4.5 or 5 days, which would allow for more availability to review/practice more at home. Thank You
