“The course (Change Management) was excellent and the trainer (Sarah Hills) was very knowledgeable and reassuring. I would definitely recommend it as it will be very useful to me in my day-to-day work. I would have given this 5 stars except for the ineptitude of the office staff. I did not receive my materials until 2 working days before the course (despite my company chasing) so course preparation was necessarily minimal. And I have received a further set today (why?), a whole week after I finished the course. I booked my own accommodation, meals, etc. despite others on the course having had it booked for them through SPOCE but this was not offered to me as any part of a deal, unlike the last time I did a SPOCE course at this hotel.”
