“Easy to follow recipe, ingredients accessible. Would’ve liked it to be a bit more punchy and will probably try a mild curry sauce next time. Did not pour on the remaining coconut milk as it didn’t need it. Will make again for sure!”

“easy to make and very tasty,i didnt have any fresh veg to go with it so i added some frozen spinach and a hand full of frozen prawns very nice,Geoff”
