“Awesome simple steps - I used a normal fan oven - same results. Our filling is butter, with cottage cheese and grated four cheeses mix, and smoked salmon on top! To finish off, crushed black pepper then drizzled with a little balsamic and soy! I do not have a fresh herb today, and wonder which would go best with this - parsley, or something more like basil or rocket salad perhaps?”
