“Absolute delight and being the chief, you know it’s fresh & healthy. Cooked for 3 people, so reduced the quantities. Didn’t have pickled ginger so used fresh, a tad too much at 100g for the 3, next time I’ll use 70g. Watch out for too large or woody stems in the shop bought packet of stir fry, I spotted my mother-in-law removing them into a napkin.”

“I made this after this weeks show - quick easy and very filling however I made too much, so into a Tupperware pot and the fridge it went (it was too good to waste) and the next day I reheated for lunch - at this point it was NEXT LEVEL - the herbs and ginger permeated more and the chicken/rice balls had a better less grainy texture to them - like a good curry the over night rest took this to another level.”
