“I have never been a one for salads, but this is incredible. Its so fresh and had so many flavours. I made this for myself and partner and definitely going to make it again. The dried mango is amazing as you get that chewy element.”
“I'm doing this most days now, and have moved on from Jamie's ingredients, aim is 20 ingredients. Really like edmame beans, peas and broad beans, frozen, defrosted, done. I also add kale and broccoli, you need to chop it very small but packed with nutrition. Red cabbage. Just go to the supermarket (or the greengrocer if you're lucky enough) and almost everything is on the menu, though you'll need to cook the sweet potato”
