“We cooked it on the top of the log burner, it tasted wonderful the sweet potatoes were still firm and I was surprised how well the black beans complimented the stew.”
“Tried this last night, added a little more garlic and peanut butter to our taste and it was fantastic. Also bought 4 large Sweet Potatoes but the weight came to 1.5kg (oops), just means I get to enjoy another few portions. Fantastic recipe though, will definitely be adding this to our weekly shop.”
