“Just made this at home for my wife, my son and his veggie gf. I'm deffo messier than Jamie on the telly; my kitchen looked like a bomb had hit it afterwards :D. Dumplings were delicious, the portions were huge for four people (including a teenage boy). Try to trim the top as much as possible, otherwise the pastry is a bit thick on top. The same technique could be used for lots of fillings.”
