“Great way to use red curry paste. Delicious. Always use Mae Ploy pastes for Thai dishes so it worked well here. Just the right amount of spice.”

“Made this last week but with tofu instead as my wife is vegetarian, i fried the tofu up with some chilli’s, honey and a bit of soy sauce. laksa sauce was lovely although a touch sweet for me so next time I make it. But very tasty”
