Can’t wait to make this! But do I leave it out for 2-3 weeks? Or in the fridge?

Great question Anna, we have updated the recipe to make this clearer. We recommend leaving it at room temperature to ferment, then transfer to the fridge after opening. Big love, The Jamie Oliver Team
