Great recipe! I made it according to the directions on the tv show which had all the spices doubled as well as the onions and oranges. Next time I will reduce the szechuan pepper to 2 tsp. it was too strong for me. Also, 3 hours wasn't long enough for my brisket to be shreddable so will bake it longer. However, the dish has wonderful flavor and I will certainly make it again.
