“I saw this on the show and I’m a sucker for puff pastry. This recipe is absolutely my new favorite pot pie method! I was surprised how much smaller puff pastry on this side of the pond was. I used only 2 chicken boobs and a handful of roasted veggies but used the other ingredients as written and still couldn’t fit it all on the pastry so I have a delicious lunch waiting for me tomorrow while hubby takes the other two pieces to work for his lunch. Definitely what we call “a keeper”.”
