“This was a joy to make and even more joyful to eat! I had to substitute the chard for a combination of spinach and rocket but the taste was just as deep and rich. The cheesy sauce is now a firm favourite in our home and I’ve used it since for making lasagne - much easier than making a traditional béchamel sauce. I highly recommend giving this one a go you won’t be disappointed.”
