Saw this on the seasons episode and immediately added it to my meal plan. The family absolutely loved it! And have requested it again already. It was so simple and the little cheese in the pastry hack had my kids' minds blown. Loved that it was meat free too... Gave me a great justification for a vegetarian meal!

I watched you make this on TASTEMADE... and I cannot WAIT to pickup the ingredients and make it!!! I love watching you cook, you inspire me to really be CREATIVE! At 71 yrs old, I am a huge fan of all your efforts to educate and CHANGE school FOOD!!! BRIEFLY, I got very sick in 93, was told I had 6 months to live in Jan. 94... I changed my diet, WHOLE FOODS ONLY, FREE RANGE chicken & Eggs, Pasture Raised beef, Wild Caught only fish. ALL veggies are Organic... Obviously I changed that prognosis, was still fighting a disease, and my faith got me thru... God healed my body in July 2000... and that story will knock your socks off!!! BUT.. I am still here, still cooking and eating the same as above mentioned... Bless you Jamie! Love your ability to educate people about food choices! You are an amazing chef, love when you cooked with your son too!
