“As an American adapting to this recipe, I found JO must have had smaller chicken breasts and larger pastry than i had access to. Had to piece together 1 sheet of puff pastry (Pillsbury sheets) so suggest using 2 full sheets and trim excess, if any. As I didn't have all the ingredients on hand, I made the mushroom stuffing with sautéed finely minced ramps, wilted fresh spinach, 1+ tbsp Chive & Scallion Boursin, and 1 tbsp butter. Chicken took more than 20 min, but to be expected due to size. However, it is a very good recipe, company worthy, and we enjoyed it very much. We had almost half a breast each for leftovers. Served with apricot glazed carrots & parsnips. Thank you, Jamie”
