Prosciutto baked fish & garlicky beans Reviews

4.3 Rating 9 Reviews
I have a single drawer Instant vortex airfryer. Made some slight adjustments and did the complete meal in the airfryer. Followed step one, the placed the butter beans into the drawer cooked for 3 minutes. Placed the fish on the rack and popped this on top of the butter beans and cooked as per recipe. Complete meal done in one drawer airfryer, really happy with the outcome. Great flavours. Thanks Jamie and team

First attempt - fish didn't cook through - despite leaving in longer than suggested - to the point the prosciutto was beyond crispy and too hard. Had to de-plate and throw the fillets back in for more time. threw out the enjoyment a little. Need to tweak it as we go next time. Otherwise - flavours were great. Did it with home made mushy peas instead of the beans. Will try again....

I really love this recipe. So easy, so quick but it doesn't taste like a slap dash dinner. I used frozen barramundi fillets, really lovely

Today I cooked the whole dish. I changed the times a bit, but it was really great. The fish was great. Thank you for the very good dish. Greetings from Germany :)

What a taste sensation. So simple and easy to prepare, cook and ready in 30mins. I wish I'd taken a photo as my husband told me it looks as good as anything ordered in a restaurant. This will feature as one of our regular meals. Best bit is it totally fits in with my weight loss diet. Plenty of protein and very low in fat. Thank you Jamie and the team

Cooked this exactly according to the recipe and it was absolutely delicious. I used fresh cod loins, not frozen. On my list of favourite recipes now.

I cooked this in a convection oven which requires a bit of tweeking to get a good result (fish should be fresh or thawed). Done right the flavours are fantastic and definitely worth a glass of crisp white wine.
