“I'm a HUGE fan and have cooked MANY of your recipes over the years. I have all your cookbooks. I saw you make Trevor's Chicken and was inspired to try it after watching the Netflix Chef's Table that featured you. Great film and loved the history it captured so well. However, this recipe was a complete disappointment, even though I followed it very carefully. By the time the pastry was almost browned, the chicken breast was very tough and overcooked. Not sure how it could really work in fact. Oh well, still a fan.”
