“Love this recipe! So does my family! I use shallots instead of leeks (bc I’m busy and shallots are easier) and leave out the cheese altogether - it’s still AMAZING. “Having watched this recipe on tv I searched for the recipe and found this, the method is completely different from the method on tv, although the taste was good. Had to go back to the Tv show to confirm the method, please review the method as it is missing key information”
