“This was super easy to make and so delicious. I did not put under grill for very long as was worried it would burn on top but did cook additional 10mins as it was squishy when out of oven and I was stressing it was not done. I don't do baked cheesecake often so it was a me problem!! Definitely cooking again”
“Delicious. Though I didnt add any raspberries. I used a whole jar of stem ginger peices which I put in food processor 5-10 seconds into smaller pieces and added to the cream cheese mix prior to baking for 25min and then grilling the top as per method.”
