“Firstly hands up I was a total numpty and forgot about the water so my veg were incinerated. However the pork was glorious. I used leg instead of shoulder....it was on offer. I don't think I have ever had such a tasty and succulent piece of pork in my life.
Next time i wil follow the instructions far more carefully so that the veg are not turned into charcoal”
