“Very tasty vegetarian meal but you’ll need a bigger pot than the one showed in the recipe video! I haven’t made the variations suggested yet but there was enough to freeze at least 4 more portions and will be definitely making those in the future. We had the casserole as is, on a bed of white rice and sprinkled with Parmesan and chopped parsley. Super tasty. I had some leftovers as a soup. Just added broth and presto!”
