I halved this recipe too. I used Filo and cut squares to make triangle packets. I did use the yoghurt mix on top, but it made the Filo uncooked; not good. Next time, I'll omit the yoghurt mix and make the Filo triangle packets, spaced apart on the baking pan, instead. It's going to need a sauce though. Jamie, we need a dipping sauce here. The spinach mix in this recipe is delicious! I used fresh spinach, sautéed and then drained it. It was perfect.

Halved the recipe and cooked it in a 20 x 30 cm pan, but used the whole 100g feta packet in the end. Worked out great ! The lemon and herbs really come out. The egg/yogurt mix didn't completely cover the top, but the crispy filo dough parts that were sticking out were nice.
