Aubergine Parmesan Milanese Reviews

I only cooked the aubergine bit of the recipe and served together with broccoli soup. Tasted very good but I think I didn't have enough lemon zest mixed with the breadcrumbs, and one bit of the aubergine got a bit burned, a little bit too hot pan. Over all very good and I think there is potential and I will surely try to cook it again sometime.
