Avocado pastry quiche Reviews

I wasn't sure about a pea, basil and cheese filling, so before I committed to an entire quiche, I made a single serving, cooked it in a pan like an omelet and had it with fresh flatbread (JO recipe, of course) for a fold-over egg sandwich. It was so good I wished I had made two servings!
