Easy homemade bread Reviews

I've used this recipe a few times now, as a tined loaf and a plated loaf. This time I changed it up a bit and added 100gms of soaked mixed seeds. I then coated the outside with sesame seeds at the second proofing.

I cooked this just this afternoon. Very easy for someone who has never cooked bread or backed anything. I only put it in for 30min (that's when it sounded hollow with the tap test) so I definitely think it needs that extra 5 or 10 min would make an crispy crust. I might put it back in for 10 min. But super light and fluffy.

Forgot to buy bread, so I needed a quick recipe and gave it a go. Could have needed a few minutes longer in the oven, but it looked good. But it was really good and and really easy to follow. Will make it more often from now on.

Followed the easy instructions and ended up with beautiful bread and rolls. After trying lots of recipes, which were very disappointing, gave this a go and super pleased with the results. I used multigrain flour and it tasted great, give it a go xxxxxx
