“It was incredibly frustrating and time consuming to find that your website update has removed the profile I've had for many years, along with all my favourite go-to recipes. I had to create a new profile and then figure out which toad in the hole recipe was the one I used to use (cooked in a loaf tin for excellent rise/height). While the end result was great, the stress, frustration and anger in getting there makes me not to want to come back to this site again. All my list favourites, so sad and disappointed. You did want honest feedback, so I gave it. Not that you'll respond.”
