This is a simple recipe but really flavourful. You can posh it up or dress it down. I didn't use celery, personal preference. I also used cod roe to garish as the saltiness went well and was easily available. I used a little olive oil on the sourdough then toasted it on my very hot ridged pan for a nice appearance. Delicious
