“this recipe was absolutely delicious. it was easy & very simple to follow. i can see where it would be very easy to change it up a bit and make it my own. but, the first time i make something, i always follow directions. the one thing i did do differently was not use a springform pan. i used a regular casserole dish. i simply inverted a plate over the top and flipped it upside down. i can’t wait to make it again. i’d like to add how much i appreciated the written voice of confirmation in the steps: “carefully & confidently..”
