“This was an excellent recipe! High on the calories for me, so I reduced the rice in my portion, and basically doled it out as 1 portion for me and 1.5 for my husband. It was more mushroomy than I expected, which was great! My only change was using some dashi I had made in place of some of the chicken broth. Was completely unnecessary, just what I had on hand. Very delicious, nutritions, and filling!”
