“Watched this made by Jamm and was out my skin excited because I had lamb in my fridge ironically marinating trying to figure out which way I wanted to cook the lamb. This recipe was fun watching Jamm cooking and presenting it I was jealous and excited when it was done and saw the fork fills go in Jamms mouth and not mine. Totally I was twisted up. Making Sheppard's pie like this has prompted me to do this with shank bones and oxtails next time”
