Chicken & chorizo paella Reviews

I followed the recipe precisely, even though I used my paella pan (as it states in the recipe) and then was advised to “pop the lid on”. I bodged this with the lid from a sauté pan and simmered for 15 minutes as stated - and stirred as the recipe stated even though you should never stir paella! After 15 minutes I still had a soup. I simmered for another 8 minutes with the lid off - still very wet. Gave it ANOTHER 8 minutes and then added the prawns and peas. It had a lovely flavour but I’d really like to know what I was doing wrong!

Great recipe. Easy to make and my family loved it.

Easy recipe to follow, only thing I changed this time I made it was adding a seafood mix and doubling the chorizo . Well received by the family and more than enough for 4 adults
