“I haven’t had oxtail since i was a youngster, and it was usually in the form of a tin of oxtail soup and a tin of barley broth soup mixed together it was actually delicious. I visited my organic butchers on Saturday with my 94 year old mum and she noticed the oxtail so i bought a generous portion. Of course Jamie o was my first point of call for an oxtail stew and he hasn’t disappointed as always. Making stews at this time of year is so wholesome and having good recipes to try is even better. Ive been cooking along with Jamie since he was the naked chef, yes all that time.”
