However, when I went to a good butchers he said bavette steak was the same as skirt so I have have use bavette also.
Has anyone got any comments on that , I'd be very interested to hear them.
Also, I've included an oxtail or a shin bone, it makes the gravy even more delicious. Obviously remove bones before placing in dish, or leave in of you are freezing a potion.”
