“I attempted this recipe right after this past Christmas with the leftover Christmas duck. I was so completely stoked to make it and had it planned, I meant business. Complete debacle! I decided I would try the potato on the bottom as well as the top. Hahahaha. I failed to achieve the crusty bottom, I couldn't get the potato to stick to the sides and my top layer of potato partly sunk into the gravy layer. Not sure if this is one of Jamie's 30 minute meals because it took me hours. Needless to say I was heartbroken. It did have great flavor. I welcome any suggestions because I plan on going at this again.”
