I made this in bulk and put some in the freezer. It was just as delicious as when I first cooked it and it had been in the freezer for two months. Wonderful recipe. I also used paprika because my family can't take too much heat. Great dish!

I made this yesterday and it's absolutely delicious! In the past, I've found cayenne a bit spicy, so I subbed for paprika, as suggested in the tips, but it didn't really give it enough of a kick, so I added a teaspoon of mild chilli powder. Portioned up and froze the leftovers. Can't wait to have it again.

Delicious! I made so many mistakes following this recipe and it still turned out ok.
