“What could be better than having access to all three origins at once? It is now down to choice as to which to drink first. They all have their pros and cons in terms of strength and flavours. But the choice is sometimes dictated by the moods we are in and the external environmental factors.
In this instance, my first choice was to go with sharp but sweet Nicaraguan with its overtures of grapefruit. Still, the Peru and Brazilian beans are left for me to savour in the not-too-distant future.”
