“First time trying this and I'm really enjoying it. Rich flavour of burnt sugar and chocolate and low acidity. A great coffee to start the day whatever your preferred brewing method.”
“This is a tasty coffee however dialing it in takes a few tries. I wouldn't describe it as a medium/dark roast and I found 18g in 29-30g out in 28-32 seconds was best for finding the tasting notes. Anything past 34g out and it was very intense, bitter and overwhelming.
