Roasted on 29th Dec - the same day as we picked up the beans - the wonderful aroma filled our kitchen the minute we opened the first pack. Our new Eureka Zero55 makes it super easy to achieve grind consistency so every cup seems to be perfect! Captain's Roast was the frontrunner until we tasted the Adventurer (Uganda/Brazil) which is on par if not a notch higher. Looking forward to the last pack..”
