“I had a lot of problems to start the course because my dates were always in a twist with dates from first course 2018. so I could not sign in. After contact helpdesk it worked and I did the course. But then again problems with printing because there was the wrong date(from2018). So again helpdesk: they told me this problem is kown and they have to change the date manually. But how can I know this as client?? There must be an info for this!! So after all helpdesk sent me an attachment to print. Now is all fine but it took me many, many hours and nerves! By this way many,many thanks to Robbie and Toni from helpdesk for patience and greatful help!! Best regards Simone”
